We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and any original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Customers@Dogo-Egypt.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
